PBMäte

PBMäte is a Service as a service (SaaS) proof of concept (POV) developed for PBM, a janitorial company. The goal is to digitize and optimize the existing workflow. I was hired to come up with new ideas to optimize PBM’s business operation and to provide a competitive edge among competitors. PBM was using paper work orders to manage their workflow at the time and it’s less than ideal.

The current landscape of the janitorial business:

• everyone does thing similarly, in old school paper work orders then data entry kind of way, which works but certainly not very efficient
• how do we stand out by cleaning efficiently with the lowest cost?

The end result is PBMäte, an end-to-end system that methodically manages the cleaning process on any premises. The digital product not only create work orders and keep track of progress, it also create reports and collect feedbacks and can adjust all the component details as the project goes on. Which streamlines the work flow and increase efficiency and quality satisfaction. Best of all, it’s not a one-off effort, PBM can actually use this system on all of its future projects once the system is implemented.
